CULCOMM011 INTRODUCTION TO THE PROFESSIONAL KITCHEN - Provides an introduction to a culinary career or advanced kitchen skills.  Hosted in a professional restaurant kitchen.  Knife safety, basic soups, pasta, and entrees will be introduced.   PT Hours: 1

 

CULPT111 CULINARY APPRENTICE 1 - 1st Semester of a hands-on culinary program focused to get you truly ready for the food service industry in a fast and concise way. Combines intensive practical classes with apprentices at top rated restaurants and hotels. Develop a strong set of foundational skills and hone them through real world experiences. Paid 12 month apprenticeship.  PT Hours: 16.
