RELPT021 Ancient Religions: Paganism

 

Course Description

This is an introductory course in the basics of Paganism. Major topic areas include History, Worlds of Meaning, and Spiritual Practices. Student is expected to become aware of Paganism, understand its means of thought, and compare Paganism to one's own faith. The community course will only offer lecture material.  The Professional Technical course with add texts and assessment to the lectures.  Hours: 1

Outcomes

The successful student will:

  1. Develop a basic frame of understanding of the concepts, language, and skills related to Paganism
  2. Respect and appreciate ethical behavior in Paganism
  3. Compare and contrast Paganism to one's own faith
