McCall College offers a divisional structure. Maintaining the overall academic organization is the responsibility of the Academic Dean. Each division organizes its own programs and faculty. Each division is lead by a Divisional Dean or Director.

Overview

 

The Academic Dean is responsible for advancing the mission of the college through the development and maintenance of academic programs and policies. The Academic Dean is responsible for developing and maintaining effective academic standards. All divisional leadership report to the Academic Dean. The Academic Dean reports to the President. The Academic Dean collaborates with other private and public institutions, the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities, and the Idaho State Board of Education in the development and implementation of statewide higher-education academic policies.
