Persons who are not registered students of McCall College are considered visitors.
All visitors must report to the Administration Office, Suite #127, prior to attending any non-public event or classroom. The visitor must register with name, phone number, and email to enter a campus classroom or non-public event. A Visitor name badge will be issued and must be worn during a visitor's stay on the campus.
A visitor to a McCall College classroom must arrive prior to the start of class and report immediately to the instructor. Late arrival is not tolerated and the visitor will be asked to leave. If the class meets after McCall College Business Hours, no Visitor badge is required. The instructor will request a reason for the visit. The instructor will determine if the visitor is acceptable during the classroom session. The visitor, if approved by the instructor to remain in the class, is a spectator only and may not interact with the class or respond to class content unless expressly invited by the instructor. Failure to abide by these rules will result in the immediate expulsion of the visitor from the classroom. The instructor's decision is final and there is no appeals process for visitors.
Educational Sites are off-campus facilities that are contracted to serve as educational sites for McCall College students. These sites often serve as apprenticeship sites for students. As these sites are not designed to host visitors, instructors will be discouraged from allowing visitors unless the student's interests warrant a visitor. No visitors are allowed in an educational site during class time or during class-related activities without the express written permission by the instructor responsible for the educational activities. The decision of the instructor is final. No appeal process is allowed for visitors.
Visitors to public events are welcome. If a visitor is unsure if an event is public or private, please contact Information@McCallCollege.org prior to the event or speak with designated McCall College staff.
