reStart Mission

McCall College will assist those individuals who feel that their education was inadequate and wish to reStart their education. A reStart course will prepare the student to take an advanced GED course in preparation for a GED exam or personal benefit.

McCall College will assist those individuals lacking a high school diploma to earn high school equivalency through effective subject assessment, relevant education and successful testing.

 

 

The GED is a system of standardized examinations which entitle those who pass them to receive a credential considered as equivalent to completion of high school.

 

Step 1. Register with McCall College.

             If possible, attend GEDPT010 Orientation to the GED and Online Education (In person or Online).  Pay Tuition.

 

Step 2.  Develop a Plan for Success with professional educators.

 

Step 3.  Complete your education for GED Success

 

Step 4. Take your GED exams

Background

The prevalence of adults without a high school degree in the West is approaching 20% of the population particularly among foreign-born residents.  In our 3-county region, that data means that approximately 3,110 people are without a high school credential.  It is imperative that those adults earn a GED to obtain better jobs, enter the service, and/or go to college.  Our goal is to assist 311 Candidates achieve a pass on all their GED exams.
