The Professional Certified Program in Social Trauma Intercession offers 3 levels: Social Trauma Volunteer; Social Trauma Intercessor Badge; and Certified Social Trauma Specialist.
Social Trauma Volunteer students will be invited to train with the regional Trauma Intervention Program (TIP). The purpose of TIP of the West Central Mountains is to provide immediate emotional and practical support to survivors of tragedy. As TIP Volunteers they respond on a 24/7/365 day basis to requests for assistance from police officers, firefighters, paramedics, deputy coroners, and hospital personnel.
Volunteers respond to support survivors of all types of tragedy including sudden deaths, suicides, auto accidents, drownings and sudden infant deaths. TIP Volunteers also support travelers when tragedy occurs in the West Central Mountains when they are far from home.

The Social Trauma Intercessor Badge is a 2-year program to train for assisting others as a post-traumatic guide.
A Certified Social Trauma Specialist (CSTS) is a 4-year program to develop a business practice as a post-traumatic professional.
