Week 2: Service Standards & Engagement

 

 

Week 2 aligns employees with the standards for service expected by an employer.  The workshop will emphasize quality relationships with customers. Open, real-time transparency in the marketplace will be emphasized.  Pathways of interactivity will be opened for developing the pathway to expectations.
