Week 4:
Product Knowledge and Knowing Your Business

Week 4 will offer skills necessary to know the products for sale and the business that offers those products.  Memorization skills will be offered to know the list of available products.  Business models will be introduced for succeeding in business.  The participant will discover the parts that create an effective business and the weaknesses in every business model.
